ZSPC products are shipped from China.

Air freight can usually be delivered within ten business days.

We choose the right courier company based on the delivery address.

Shipping & Customs

The listed product price does not include shipping cost. Shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.
All shipping options we provide are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means import duties, taxes and other customs charges are already included in the shipping cost.

About shipping times

We provide estimates of delivery times on our website, but these times do not include customs processing times, as these can vary greatly from country to country and region to region.

Loss or damage in transit

Although all shipments are insured, it is the customer's responsibility to file a damage claim with the carrier and request a written report from the carrier, only then will we be able to receive the insurance payout and resend the shipment to you.

If this happens, please submit a damage claim as soon as possible, as there is a limited grace period for damage claims. You must want to act quickly when you receive a damaged package.

Delivery fails and is returned to the warehouse

For most countries, three delivery attempts will be made before returning the item to the delivery address. If the package is not delivered, it will be shipped back to ZSPC's warehouse and incur return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred for returning and/or re-shipping the item due to failed delivery.
