Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

About refund or cancellation of orders

If you would like us to cancel an order or pre-order you have placed that has not yet shipped, please contact us before shipping and we will generally do so.
The bank will charge a fee of 0.3 USD for each order payment, and this fee is non-refundable.
When you request a refund, we will deduct 6.5% of the total payment as a service fee.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it.

About the return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return or exchange shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and delivery instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original one, and once approved, place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item regarding approval status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.
